The State’s five Human Development Centers (HDCs) are now offering free certified nursing assistant (CNA) training and testing to all new hires in direct care positions as part of a larger effort to invest in the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) workforce and continue providing high-quality care for residents.
The Arkansas Health Network (AHN), a physician-led, clinically integrated network (CIN) serving Arkansas patients, providers, and employers, announced that Scott Huse has been appointed as its new vice president for employer business development. CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, a participant in the American Heart Association Mission: Lifeline Regional Reports, has received the Mission: Lifeline® Regional STEMI Trailblazer Achievement Award as a part of the Arkansas Region. The award is presented for implementing specific quality improvement measures at a regional level as outlined by the Association for treating patients who suffer severe heart attacks.
