Charmaine Estell has been appointed as chief nursing officer at Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock. Estell brings over two decades of service and leadership experience to the position.

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) hired Gina Seabaugh, RN, as the executive director of physician relations.

She and her team are responsible for serving as liaisons between UAMS physicians and community providers. They assist with referrals and ensure that community providers know the services that UAMS offers.

José Miguel Morales, MD, MSc, a vascular neurologist and neuro-interventional surgeon, has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine Department of Neurology.

Morales comes to UAMS from the Pacific Neuroscience Institute in Santa Monica, California.
