Michael Manley, RN, MNSc, has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Northwest Regional Campus as director of clinical integration. Michael is responsible for strategically growing UAMS’s clinical scope in Northwest Arkansas and for facilitating relationships with area hospitals and healthcare providers.
Michael has spent the last year and a half traveling to Northwest Arkansas from Little Rock for a few days each week to familiarize himself with the UAMS Northwest Campus’ operations and to begin the process of expanding clinical services in the region. Since that time, he has been instrumental in getting several new clinics up and running, including a geriatric clinic at the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education in Springdale and several specialty clinics at the North Street Clinic in Fayetteville, including a transplant clinic and a psychiatry clinic.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the UAMS College of Nursing in 1990 and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the UAMS College of Nursing in 2009.
