In its 52nd year, the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Auxiliary will have its Holiday Card Project. Presented by Slim Chickens, the project features the artwork of current and former Arkansas Children’s patients. This year’s holiday card artists include 12 children who have received care at Arkansas Children’s, plus Arkansas artist Ellen Hobgood as the featured professional artist.
“Our community’s generous support has continuously made the Holiday Card Project one of the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Auxiliary’s most anticipated annual fundraisers,” said CeCe Martindale, chair of the 2020 Holiday Card Project. “The joy that accompanies the cards and gifts is felt by all—the donors, the recipients, and the current and former patients whose art is featured. We are so grateful to continue this kid-savvy tradition so we can help deliver on the promise of a healthier tomorrow for the children of Arkansas and beyond.”
Cards, ornaments, and other gifts can be purchased online at archildrens.org/holidaycards; proceeds benefit Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
