Baptist Health announced that it is recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.
Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group teamed up to conduct a large-scale employer study based on over 215,000 company reviews and survey results from more than 2.2 million female employees over the past three years.
From their research, 1,000 American companies, including Baptist Health, were found to rank the highest on criteria such as “compensation and benefits,” “work-life balance,” and “proactive management of a diverse workforce.”
“Baptist Health is proud to be recognized as a workplace where women in our healing ministry can succeed,” said Cathy Dickinson, chief human resources officer at Baptist Health. “Women make up 77% of our workforce, and their unique insights and skills are essential. We value their contributions to our patients and communities and celebrate their presence within our organization.”
