Ryan Mantooth, MD, recently joined Washington Regional as an emergency medicine physician.
A native of Northwest Arkansas, Mantooth earned a medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed an emergency medicine residency at the University of Alabama-Birmingham (UAB) Hospital. While at UAB, he was chief resident and also received the Bobby Lewis, MD, Resident of the Year Award.
He is currently completing the Fellowship of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM) program and is a member of the Wilderness Medical Society and American College of Emergency Physicians.
