UAMS Names Ryan Cork, MSHA, Vice Chancellor of Northwest Region

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) has named Ryan Cork, MSHA, as its next vice chancellor for the Northwest Arkansas Region, effective Sept. 1.

Cork has more than 20 years’ experience as a healthcare administrator, with stints at Cleveland Clinic, where his roles included serving as chief operating officer and institute administrator for international operations, and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and James Cancer Hospital, where he was administrator for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. In addition, he has served on active duty with the United States Navy since 1994, most recently with the Navy Reserves Medical Service Corps.
