Baptist Health College Little Rock announced that Crystal Rose, Ph.D, MHA, RN, NR-EMT, CNE, is the college’s new dean of nursing.
Prior to joining Baptist Health College Little Rock, Rose practiced nursing for more than 23 years and is a nationally certified nurse educator. She focused her expertise in critical care, nursing leadership, and higher education. She also practices as an independent legal nurse consultant.
Rose received a doctoral degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2019. She has served on multiple research projects and has been published in the Arkansas Emergency Nurses Association publication and presented at the University of Arkansas Nursing Professional Development Center, the Arkansas Nursing Research Conference, the Quality and Safety Education for Nurses Conference, and the Nursing Education in the Rockies National Conference.
Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
