Notice to Physicians on the Use of Acetaminophen During Pregnancy
Arkansas Hospice announced that its Family of Care is becoming LifeTouch Health.
The organization now provides a continuum of care with:
-Personal care providing in-home, non-medical support in Central Arkansas. This service was previously known as First Choice Senior Care.
-Primary care for seniors, where they live. This line of care has been known as Arkansas Advanced Care.
-Palliative Care for comfort and support beyond treatment at any age and stage of serious illness. This service was previously named Arkansas Palliative Care.
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Nursing has received preaccreditation status from the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education to establish the state’s first nurse-midwifery program, which will launch in fall 2026.

Notice to Physicians on the Use of Acetaminophen During Pregnancy
The 14th annual Arkansas Charity Clays tournament, presented by CompleteCare, is set for Oct. 24 at the Arkansas Game & Fish Foundation Shooting Sports Complex, 2800 Graham Road, in Jacksonville.
Chad Golden with Trane Commercial and Alan Hope with Powers of Arkansas are this year’s event co-chairs.
The clay shooting tournament offers marksmen a day complete with lunch, an auction, activities, prizes, and the chance to compete. First, second, and third place awards are given to teams and individuals with the overall highest scores.
