OB hospitalists provide care for laboring patients at Washington Regional’s Women and Infants Center until their regular OB/GYN can arrive. They also deliver babies of patients who do not have a regular OB/GYN or if the patient’s regular OB/GYN cannot be present.
Baptist Health Community Outreach holds a variety of monthly classes to help central Arkansas residents make easy and delicious meals at home that won’t break the bank or health goals.
The Cooking with Community Outreach classes are taught by Baptist Health registered dietitian Samantha Stadter and are designed to help participants gain confidence in the kitchen. During each class, students will prepare, cook, and taste different dishes using a variety of ingredients. Topics include nutrition benefits, ingredient selection, money-saving tips, and more.

Three members of the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University Class of 2024 and one alumnus of the institution recently matched into U.S. military residencies and will perform their graduate medical education in conjunction with service to their country.
Baptist Health Family Clinic-Hazen-A Service of Baptist Health Medical Center-Stuttgart recently welcomed Alison Kee, APRN. Kee also currently sees patients at Baptist Health Family Clinic-Brinkley.
Kee, a Hazen native, received a medical education from Walden University.
“I have always wanted to practice in my hometown and be able to give back to my community,” Kee says.
