Arkansas Hospice, the state’s largest provider of hospice services, and the Arkansas Hospice Foundation recently elected new officers and members for their 2020 Boards of Directors.
Hiring fairs are being held as construction nears completion on the new stand-alone Northwest Health ER Fayetteville emergency department. Events are set for 7-9 a.m. and 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday-Thursday, Jan. 14-16 at the facility, which is located at 1255 S Shiloh Drive in Fayetteville (former site of the Clarion Hotel). The new multi-million dollar facility is scheduled to open in early March.
The 10,300 square-foot facility will house advanced technology, including a 64-slice CT scanner. The 24/7 emergency department is an extension of services for Northwest Health.

Baptist Health Foundation recently received two grants totaling more than $40,000 from the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The first, in the amount of $40,000, will go toward the Nurse Navigator Program at Baptist Health Breast Center-Little Rock. The breast center will enhance its support, guidance, education, and resources to help breast cancer patients with their treatment.
